PAYMENT & ATTENDANCE POLICY
Class Group Size: Max Adults is 18 per AHA Regulations
*Classes For Children: With the purchase and presence of at-least TWO ADULTS attending with the group of children for the BLS/CPR/AED training, I offer free training to the group of children (maximum number of children is 6) aged 12 and UNDER. Adults will receive BLS E-Cards and children will receive In Hand Completion Certificates.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ATTENDING. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND PLEASE GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE. THERE WILL BE NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR FAILING TO ATTEND.
The above prices are subject to change but DOES INCLUDE AED training, manikins, skills check off, testing materials, *certificates and BLS E-cards. The instructor may also charge additional fees for travel expenses if the training takes place outside of their physical location or local area.

I Prefer To Start Class On Time But It's OK If You Are A Few Minutes Late :)

No Eating
No Children Allowed (unless they are a student)
Limit Interruptions
Not Adhering to the rules will result in you:
Being given one verbal warning (If you persist)
Being asked to reschedule (If you cannot comply)
Being asked to leave permanently (No refund/No reschedule)
If you fail the class. You will have a chance to receive FREE on the spot remediation to complete the course. If that does not rectify the issue then you will be required to retake the class to receive a card.
